Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the PepMarket affiliate program. By applying to, accepting approval for, or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

Commission and Discounts: Approved customer-discount and affiliate-commission percentages are applied to eligible gross profit, calculated as merchandise subtotal minus verified product cost. They are not applied directly to total order revenue. Each configured share may be up to 15% of eligible gross profit, and actual dollar amounts vary by cart. Shipping, taxes, promo coupons, and Pep Credits are excluded.

Attribution: Affiliate codes are remembered for 30 days via browser storage. Affiliate codes cannot be combined with promo coupons; if both are entered, the customer must choose one. Pep Credits may still be redeemed and do not reduce affiliate commission.

Commission Lifecycle: Commissions are created when an order's payment is verified, remain pending for 14 days, then become payable. Cancelled or refunded orders result in commission reversal. Payouts are manual, monthly, with a $50 minimum.

Self-Referral Prohibition: Affiliates may not use their own affiliate code for their own purchases. Self-referrals by user ID or email are blocked.

Marketing Rules: As a PepMarket affiliate, you must adhere to the following:

• No medical claims: do not claim products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. • No human-use claims: never suggest products are for human consumption or therapeutic use. • No spam: do not send unsolicited messages or post in irrelevant communities. • No misleading statements: be honest about product capabilities and limitations. • Research-use-only positioning: always represent PepMarket products as intended for laboratory research purposes only.

PepMarket Rights: PepMarket reserves the right to suspend affiliate accounts, reverse commissions, and terminate participation at its sole discretion. Violations of these terms, including any medical or human-use claims, spam, or misleading marketing, may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.

All products sold through PepMarket are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human use, consumption, or therapeutic application. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their marketing complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Program changes: PepMarket may modify commission settings, discount settings, attribution rules, payout timing, qualifying-order requirements, or program availability. Changes apply prospectively after publication or direct notice, except that immediate action may be taken to address fraud, abuse, compliance, or security concerns.
