Acceptance: These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of PepMarket. By browsing the site, creating an account, submitting an order request, or participating in a PepMarket program, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.

Research-use-only requirement: Products offered through PepMarket are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory research. They are not intended for human use, consumption, injection, therapeutic application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease. You are responsible for determining whether you are legally and institutionally authorized to purchase, possess, handle, store, and use each product.

Marketplace role: PepMarket connects qualified buyers with research-product suppliers and does not represent that it manufactures every listed product. Product descriptions, specifications, and certificates of analysis are provided for informational and procurement purposes. A certificate of analysis applies only to the identified batch and is not a medical or human-use claim.

Order requests and payment: Submitting checkout creates an order request, not an automatically accepted or paid order. PepMarket may review, accept, decline, limit, or cancel a request. If accepted, payment instructions are provided separately through the contact method selected at checkout. Do not send payment until you receive verified instructions from PepMarket.

Pricing and availability: Prices, discounts, product costs, inventory, specifications, suppliers, and availability may change without notice. Displayed inventory does not guarantee allocation. Any obvious pricing or catalog error may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Shipping: PepMarket currently ships only within the United States using tracked delivery services. Normal processing is one to two business days after order and payment review, but processing and transit dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and order issues: Sales are final except when PepMarket confirms that an item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Report a damaged or incorrect item through the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number and clear photographs. Approved remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund at PepMarket's discretion.

Accounts and acceptable use: You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You may not use the site for unlawful activity, attempt to interfere with site security, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotions or referral programs, or market products for human use.
